Miriam Phillips is Editorial AI Specialist at Newsquest, where she helps journalists use AI in reporting and newsroom practice, and an NCTJ consultant who trains newsrooms on the opportunities and risks of the technology. She previously led one of the UK’s largest multimedia journalism degrees at Bournemouth University after 13 years reporting for regional and local newsrooms.
