Frances Finn has notched up tens of thousands of hours behind a microphone as a BBC Radio Presenter and events host. Thirty years in broadcasting has seen her host regular four-hour local radio programmes, and speak to the nation on BBC Radio 2 and 5 Live.
She is a winner of a Sony Gold Award for the UK’s best speech radio personality, and has been a presenter-mentor in the BBC. Fran is also an ordained priest in the Church of England, and delivers talks to congregations of several hundred, along with being a confident events host. These roles have come despite early battles with social anxiety and nervousness, and Fran will share her hard-won lessons on how to step forward and speak up.
