2012 One World Media Awards

 With the current world news landscape, we are anticipating an extraordinary range of entries from across UK media in 2012.The One World Media Awards recognise the most outstanding media coverage of the developing world and the unique role of journalists and filmmakers in bridging the divide between different societies and raising awareness of vital development issues.

Work from all media platforms and across a wide range of genres is celebrated at our annual ceremony, the foremost international media awards event in the UK.

This year, in recognition of changing times, we have introduced the News Award and the Sustainable Development Award, which will be presented alongside our long-standing categories such as Radio, Television, Press, Popular Features and Journalist of the Year.

The One World Media Awards will take place on Tuesday 8th May 2012 at Kings Place in London.
