- Further information: I write travel features with a healthy spin, and regularly go on yoga / meditation trips, undertake detox programmes, health, healing and wellbeing holidays. Recent trips include an Austrian lake-side resort where I undertook the "Mayr Cure", an eco tour around southern India where I followed an ancient Ayurveda Panchakarma programme and a month in an Ashram training to become a yoga teacher.
